About this collection
Unlike generic certification courses, my training focuses on hands-on instrument work. You won't just watch; you will physically handle Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and handpans to understand exactly how to manipulate vibrational frequencies during a live sound bath session.
What You Will Master
This training is about more than just theory. It is a deep dive into the practical application of sound for healing. We cover the core principles of Nada Yoga—the yoga of sound—and how it connects to the physical body. You will learn to identify which frequencies help with stress reduction and how to sequence a session that safely guides students into a meditative state.
The Curriculum
My certification program is split into focused modules:
- Instrument Mastery: How to play and care for Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
- The Science of Sound: Understanding cymatics, brainwave entrainment, and how specific vibrations impact the nervous system.
- Facilitation Skills: How to hold space for a group, handle emotional releases during sessions, and structure your own workshops.
- Chakra & Energy: Using sound to balance energy centers and align the body's internal rhythm.
Why Train With Me?
I have spent years integrating ancient practices like Kalari and Hatha Yoga with sound healing. My approach is to ensure you feel confident the moment you finish the course. This is why I provide ongoing mentorship—if you run into trouble while setting up your own studio or hosting your first group session, I am still here to guide you. Many of my graduates have gone on to open their own wellness spaces across India, and I support them long after they receive their certification. Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to upskill or a complete beginner wanting to start a new career, this course provides the technical grounding and the confidence you need.
