Healing Instruments and Sacred Sound Spaces
Experience the resonance of ancient vibrations. Discover how I prepare sacred, meditative spaces using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs to help you reach a state of inner quiet.
A short video showing the process of creating a special space for a profound experience. It features a setup of crystal and Tibetan bowls, a hanging gong, and small statues, culminating with participants settling in with gratitude.

About this collection
It is not just about the instruments; it is about the intention I set in the room. Before a sound bath, I create a specific frequency landscape using Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls, arranging them to guide your nervous system into a state of rest. You will notice how the gong placement and the seating layout are not accidental—they are designed to contain the energy and allow you to fully let go of the day's stress.
When you walk into one of my sound sessions, you are stepping into a environment tuned for stillness. My collection includes a wide range of sound healing tools, from the deep, grounding tones of a Chau gong to the delicate, high-frequency vibrations of crystal bowls. Each instrument serves a specific purpose in our practice of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound.
The Science of Our Space
I treat every room—whether it is a quiet studio in Bengaluru or an open-air retreat in Manali—as a laboratory for healing. We use the science of cymatics to understand how sound waves influence our physical and mental state. By intentionally arranging the instruments, I ensure that the vibrations resonate throughout the entire space, helping participants disconnect from external chaos.
Why These Instruments Matter
- Tibetan Singing Bowls: These are the bedrock of my practice. They produce a multi-harmonic frequency that works with the Vagus Nerve to reduce stress and improve sleep quality.
- Crystal Bowls: Their purity of tone is excellent for balancing energy centers or chakras, often helping people feel a sense of clarity.
- Gongs: I use these for deeper, total-body relaxation. The sonic wash they provide can break through mental stagnation, making it easier to settle into a meditative state.
In our sessions, I explain the connection between these sounds and the Pancha Mahabutas, or five elements. It is not just about listening to a nice sound; it is about understanding how these vibrations interact with your body, releasing physical tension and helping you find that inner silence we all seek.
