About Sound Healing Instruments
Why These Instruments Matter
For me, sound healing tools aren’t just props - they’re real companions in my daily practice. Each singing bowl, gong, or chime has its own vibe and story. I work with these instruments every day, not just for sessions but in everyday life around my shala. Some I even create by hand, and I choose only those that truly help people feel something genuine.
What’s in My Collection
- Tibetan singing bowls for meditation - these bowls are my go-to for grounding sessions, and sometimes I place them right on the body for deeper effects.
- Crystal bowls tuned for chakra balancing - each bowl matches a chakra, so you can feel where the sound is working.
- Hand-hammered gongs - each one sounds a bit different, but they all help with letting go and clearing out stress.
- Solfeggio frequency chimes - I make these myself, with 7 pipes each tuned to a classic healing frequency. Each one has its own mood, from fear release to intuition boost.
- Handpans (happy drums) - easy to play, very calming, and they help spark creativity.
- Extras: tuning forks, tingsha cymbals, OM bells.
For Your Own Space
If you want to get started at home or set up a studio, I can help you figure out what you need. I’m all about making sure the instruments fit your vibe, not just selling random stuff. Sometimes people ask if these tools will “fix” everything - they won’t, but they do help you tune in and settle down, and that’s honestly enough for most folks.

Kalariyogi Shriram
My Story
Namaste, I’m Shriram, the face behind kalariyogi_shriram. For me, wellness is about mixing old traditions - yoga, Kalari, sound - and letting mind and body chill together. I’ve led sessions everywhere - Manali hills, old Kashi haveli, Cubbon park, even noisy offices. Each spot, each bunch brings its own vibe. Seeing folks find that deep inner quiet, sometimes even turning into teachers themselves, that’s what keeps me going. Grateful, always.
