Authentic Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Practice
Real yoga is not about fancy Instagram poses. It is discipline, alignment, and an inner journey that demands your full commitment.
This is the heart of my teaching. I provide direct, hands-on guidance to ensure you master not just the shape of the pose, but the correct alignment. Here, I am assisting a student in Eka Pada Rajakapotasana to safely deepen the backbend and open the chest.
In my classes, we use props like chairs and yoga wheels to make advanced postures more accessible. This supported backbend drill allows students to build spinal flexibility and confidence in a group setting, pushing their limits together.
The journey to advanced asanas like the scorpion handstand (Vrischikasana) requires strength, balance, and trust. With my close supervision and support, you will build the power and control needed to master these challenging inversions.
Hear directly from one of my students. This is not just about a certificate; it's about a journey that transforms your life. My foundation course is designed to build you up for a better way of living.
We utilize wall ropes, a key tool in Iyengar yoga, for deep stretching and decompression. This video shows how ropes can be used for advanced spinal stretches and inversions, helping to lengthen the body and release tension.
Balance is not just physical, it is mental. Here, a student practices a variation of Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) on a yoga wheel, a technique that challenges core strength and sharpens focus.
The result of hard work and dedication. This is a group of my students, proud graduates holding their certificates from our teacher training course, ready to begin their own teaching journeys.
About Featured
We don't just teach you how to look like a yoga instructor; we teach you how to function like one. In our studio, you will see us using wall ropes, yoga wheels, and blocks daily, not as optional props but as essential tools to unlock safe spinal alignment. My team and I provide hands-on corrections during every session, because your muscles have memory—and we make sure they learn the correct geometry from day one.
Our Philosophy of Training
Yoga is a journey from the self, to the self, through the self. Whether you are aiming for our 200-hour Foundation course or the 500-hour Advanced Master Level, the approach remains the same. You will have to put in the work.
We do not believe in superficial practice. Our training in New Ashok Nagar and Mayur Vihar focuses on:
- Anatomy and Alignment: Understanding how the body moves is non-negotiable. You learn the mechanics of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa to prevent injury.
- Prop-Assisted Learning: We use Kurunta Yoga (wall ropes) and wheels to help you reach depth in postures that might otherwise feel impossible. This builds both confidence and anatomical awareness.
- Hands-On Adjustments: As you can see in our training gallery, my team and I spend the entire session moving between students. We correct your posture manually so you understand the feel of a perfectly aligned asana.
Certification and Career
When you complete our course, you are not just walking away with a piece of paper. You earn a credential recognized by the Indian Yoga Association (IYA). This is proof that you have endured the intensity of our schedule—Monday to Saturday, full days—and emerged with the discipline required to teach others.
This training is difficult. It is meant to be. If you are looking for an easy certificate, this is not the place. But if you are ready to jalana padega apne aap ko (burn yourself a little to grow), you will find the transformation here.
