About Student Transformations & Community
This is not a weekend workshop. When you see our students holding these postures, know it represents weeks of 7 AM to 4 PM discipline, prop work, and Shatkarma. You are training to become a teacher who understands anatomy and alignment, not just someone who can perform a pose.
My teacher training programs are built for those ready to move past the superficial. Whether you choose the 200-hour foundation or the 500-hour advanced program, the approach is the same: jalana padega (you must burn your ego). Real growth happens only when you accept the discomfort of changing your old patterns.
We focus on the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) curriculum, which means you learn actual methodology. You will not just memorize poses. We spend hours on alignment drills using ropes, belts, and wheels to understand the geometry of the body. You will learn to teach Shatkarma, anatomy, and the philosophy of why we practice.
You will be in the studio from early morning, correcting postures, learning hands-on adjustments, and teaching live under my direct supervision. By the time you earn your certificate, you are not just paper-qualified. You are a teacher who can lead a class in New Ashok Nagar, Mayur Vihar, or anywhere else with confidence. If you are serious about this path, this is where you start.
