Age is just a number, and I am proof of that. At nearly 69, I still practice advanced asanas, and I believe yoga is the key to a long, healthy, and happy life. It keeps the body strong and the mind peaceful.
This is what our community looks like. We bring together people of all ages, from young children to seniors, for our outdoor yoga sessions in the park. Here I am demonstrating Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) for the group.
Yoga is a family affair for us. Here I am practicing a partner Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) with my daughter on the beach. We teach together, bringing our combined experience and a supportive family feel to every class.
It's a joy to see our youngest students embrace yoga with such enthusiasm. We make learning fun for kids, helping them improve flexibility, balance, and concentration with poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend).
In our studio, we provide personal attention to help you safely progress in your practice. Here, I am guiding students through various backbends like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), ensuring correct alignment and support for everyone.
We often take our practice to the serene mountains of Dharamshala. Performing Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) surrounded by nature helps connect the body and soul, enhancing the experience of self-growth and inner peace.
Leading a large group session for International Yoga Day is always a powerful experience. Here, we are practicing Anulom Vilom pranayama together, a breathing technique that calms the mind and balances the body's energy.
About this collection
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we do not focus on difficult poses. We focus on you. My wife, daughter, and I run these sessions with a specific emphasis on personal safety, posture correction, and breathing techniques like Pranayama. You will find that our studio in Noida feels more like a supportive community than a gym, and we ensure small batch sizes so everyone gets the attention they need.
