Monthly Defence Recruitment Outdoor Training
Schedule & Duration
- Frequency: 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Session Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours per session (Morning or Evening).
- Participation in seasonal fitness challenges.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Prep
- Endurance Running: Daily 1600m / 5km conditioning on natural grass track.
- Sprint Mechanics: 100m/200m interval training.
- Jump Training: Long jump drills in mud/sand pit and high jump with competition hurdles.
- Agility Work: Ladder drills and cone zig zags.
Outdoor Strength & Conditioning
- Calisthenics: High volume pushups, situps, chin ups, and burpees.
- Core Conditioning: Plank variations and leg raises.
- Medicine Ball Drills: Partner throws and slams.
Coaching
- Group supervision by NIS Certified Coach.
- Real time feedback on running posture and breathing.
Integrated Ground & Gym Training
Base Training
- Includes all inclusions from the Defence Recruitment Outdoor Training package.
Indoor Gym Access
- Membership access to partner gym facility.
- Facility includes air conditioning, mirrors, and rubber flooring.
Weight Training
- Compound Lifts: Coaching on Deadlifts, Squats, and Bench Press using Olympic barbells.
- Isolation Work: Dumbbell exercises for muscle definition.
- Machine Work: Usage of Lat pulldown, leg press, and cable machines.
Athlete Support
- Active spotting during heavy lifts for safety.
- Basic diet charts focusing on natural foods (milk, ghee, chana) for weight goals.
One Day PFT Assessment
Performance Testing
- Timed Run: 1600m or 5km run timed by coach with lap announcements.
- Measurement: Official tape measurement of Long Jump and High Jump performance.
- Feedback: Verbal report on standing versus recruitment cutoff standards.
Facility Usage
- Access to academy ground and obstacles for the session duration.
- Participation in group warm up and cool down routines.

Mere yahan koi shortcut nahi chalta. If you have the guts to wear that uniform, this is the place for you. My coaching is simple - total dedication and trust in the process. I push hard, but only because I know what these Defence and Police jobs demand. Jo chela guru par vishwas karta hai, woh aage nikalta hai.
Fauj aur Police Ki Taiyari
This isn't some regular gym scene. Everything here is set up for Indian Army physical test coaching and Police PET running drills. Boys or girls, Army ya SI (Sub-Inspector) - sabke liye same hard work. We train exactly for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) events, nothing extra.
Training Ka Breakdown
- Long distance runs (1600m, 5km) for stamina and breathing. Yahan thakna allowed nahi hai.
- Sprints, long jump, high jump drills, all with proper technique and real test conditions.
- Agility ladders, cones, hurdles for footwork and fast change of direction.
- Strength ka focus – bodyweight se leke (from) full gym weights, but always with the right form. Planks, sit-ups, plus barbells or dumbbells, sab kuch milega.
Sirf Sangharsh, No Bahana
Yahan sirf mehnat chalegi. Excuse bolne walon ke liye yeh jagah nahi hai. Group training ka alag hi maza hai - competition bhi, support bhi. Bas ek hi rule hai: sangharsh karo, haar mat maano.
Tasalli rakho, yahan koi nahi harta.

Log mujhe coach Sonu Bhati ke naam se jaante hain. NIS Level 1 certified hoon, aur maqsad ek hi hai - champions banana. Synthetic track nahi hai, mitti mein daudte hain, phir bhi medal laate hain. Bachhe jo Indian Army me jaana chahte hain, unke liye yahan khaas training hoti hai. Gurjar Education Welfare Trust se bhi juda hoon, education aur sports dono zaroori hai. Main हारूंगा नहीं, ladta rahunga.
My Work
Athletics Training - Running, hurdles, long jump, high jump, javelin throw. Strength aur fitness training bhi gym aur ground pe hoti hai.
Academy in Greater Noida - Yahan ladke, ladkiyan, bachhe sab train karte hain. Hum athletics academy Greater Noida ke naam se mashhoor hain.
Coaching Style - Shortcut nahi, sirf discipline aur kathor parishram. Dum hai toh aao, kamzor dil walon ke liye jagah nahi.
Competition Ready - State, national, international level ke liye athletes taiyaar karte hain. Medal winning athletics coaching ka experience hai.
Army/Police Recruitment Focus - Army physical test coaching ke liye special training. Bohot students Indian Army aur police join karte hain.
