Hurdle drills are fundamental. This video shows an athlete working on flexibility and technique, which are key to clearing hurdles efficiently without losing momentum.

About Hurdle and Agility Training

Most candidates lose crucial seconds by tripping or losing rhythm on the obstacle course. I train you to maintain peak agility even under heavy fatigue by focusing on precise foot placement and rapid direction changes through high-volume mini-hurdle drills.

Most candidates focus purely on running speed, but they lose critical seconds at the obstacle course. My hurdle and agility program is built to fix exactly that. We use low-height hurdles and agility ladders to drill foot placement and rhythm. When you are tired during a 1600m run or a 5km test, your form usually breaks down—that is where injuries happen and speed is lost.

My training in Omicron III, Greater Noida, replicates the exact demands of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). You won't find fancy equipment here because you won't find it at the recruitment ground either. We train on natural grass, using high-volume repetition to build 'track-smart' legs. Whether it’s high-knee drills over mini-hurdles or rapid-fire cone zig-zags, every movement is timed. If your lead leg is slow or your trail leg drags, we correct it instantly. This is a 6-day-a-week commitment. If you are serious about clearing your physical standards, this is where you start.
