120-Day Fitness Challenge: Real Training in Greater Noida
I do not believe in standing on the sidelines. To coach champions for the Indian Army and Police, I hit the field and perform the same drills I demand from my athletes.
Day 46 of my 120-day hard fitness challenge. Working on agility with ladder and hurdle drills.
Day 44 of my challenge. Even on a rainy day, the work continues with running and dynamic warm-ups.
Day 42 of my 120-day challenge. Pushing through running drills. No excuses.
Day 33 of the challenge. Core work with planks. A strong core is the foundation of all athletic movement.
Day 30 of my 120-day hard fitness challenge. Agility ladder drills to keep the feet quick and coordinated.
Day 29 of the challenge. Focusing on core strength with sit-ups. The grind never stops.
Day 25 of my fitness challenge. Plyometric jumps in the sandpit to build explosive power.
Day 23 of the challenge. Working on agility and coordination with cone drills.
Day 22 of my 120-day challenge. More agility work to stay sharp.
Day 20 of the challenge. Practicing hurdle drills to maintain technique and flexibility.
About Leading by Example: My 120-Day Challenge
I do not just watch a stopwatch; I lead the sweat. Every drill you see here—the agility ladder, the 1600m sprints, the sandpit jumps—is part of my own 120-day fitness challenge. If I expect you to hit a specific timing for your Army physical test, I am out there on the ground at sunrise hitting that same mark to prove that discipline is a choice, not an accident.
In the world of physical recruitment for the Indian Army and Police, consistency is the only currency that matters. My 120-day challenge at The Athletics Future Academy is not a stunt; it is the fundamental proof that my coaching methods are rooted in real-world application, not theory.
When training for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), you face two enemies: your own lack of stamina and the mental wall that says you are tired. I teach athletes to break both. Whether it is improving your 1600m run timing on our natural grass track, mastering the technique for long jumps to avoid disqualification, or building the explosive core strength required for hurdle drills, every minute of this challenge is designed to mirror the actual recruitment environment.
I operate out of Greater Noida, and my training schedule is strict. We do not skip days, and we do not accept excuses. If you are preparing for a Sub-Inspector role or an Army recruitment rally, you need to understand that the standard is fixed. The competition is real. By training alongside my students for 120 days, I demonstrate the exact pace, form, and grit required to clear the cutoff. If you are ready to stop looking for shortcuts and start putting in the work, this is where you belong.

I am Coach Sonu Bhati, and I believe a coach who cannot perform the drills should not be teaching them. This 120-day challenge is my way of keeping myself and my athletes accountable. I am here to build champions, not just train gym-goers.
