Dare to Dream - Ball is Life

If you're after more than just making baskets, this is for you. At Dream Basketball Academy, I push athletes to work on both body and mind. Athletic Performance Training here means you get strong, fast, and mentally locked in, so you stand out on and off the court.

The Daily Grind

There's no shortcut. Only pure mehnat (hard work).

  • Agility and speed come first. Fast footwork, sharp moves, using cones and poles for youth agility drills.
  • Endurance matters - every game is a marathon. Sports endurance training is big here, with conditioning runs and high-intensity circuits.
  • Cardio is simple but tough - think jump ropes and sprints. Builds that engine you need.
  • Confidence is the result. When you can keep up physically, you play with your head up.

My Way of Coaching

Jaise kehte hain na, 'Hum apne tareeke se apna kaam kar rahe hain.' (We do things our way.) I mix high-energy drills with a solid foundation. Yoga is part of the grind too. Not just stretching - flexibility, balance, mental focus. Keeping your mind calm is key for mental toughness for athletes.

My Story

I’m Coach Gagan, and honestly, ball is life for me. Started DBA with one rule: Dare to Dream. On my court, you’ll hear me shouting, pushing, cheering – 'Good try!', 'Change fast!'. I’m not chasing what others do, bas apne tareeke se kaam karta hoon (just doing things my way). My real win? When my students grab gold medals or state team spots. That’s what makes all the hard work worth it.

Online & Group Coaching - Online basketball coaching and group basketball workouts for those who want team vibes or can't join in person.

All Age Groups Welcome - Beginners to seniors, anyone with passion can join – if you dream big, I’ll coach you.

DBA Community - Morning/evening batches, individual or group training, events and competitions – we’re building a real DBA family.
