This is the feeling I want to share. A moment of complete peace, surrounded by the Himalayas, connecting with your breath and your body. My retreats are designed to help you find this space within yourself.

Ashtanga yoga isn't about perfect poses, it's about the amazing feeling of being grounded and present. In this video from a recent workshop, I talk about how this practice can center you, no matter your age or fitness level. I provide hands-on support to help you feel comfortable and discover what's possible.

This is what community looks like. A group of wonderful people who came together to learn, share, and grow during a weekend workshop. I love creating spaces where everyone feels seen and supported.

Here's a glimpse into what a 10-day reset in the mountains feels like. It's about unplugging, regulating your nervous system, and giving yourself the gift of a real pause. We walk in the forest, connect with nature, and find stillness.

I know what burnout feels like because I've been there myself. It's more than just stress; it's a call from your body and mind for a deep reset. This is why I started creating these retreats, to offer the kind of healing I once needed.

You don't always have to travel to the mountains to find your center. I host workshops and mini-retreats right here in the city, often outdoors, to help you connect with your practice and a like-minded community.

Wellness is a full-circle experience, and nourishing your body is a huge part of it. At my retreats, we focus on mindful eating with wholesome, sattvic meals that are simple, fresh, and healing.

This is me, Sonakshi. I'm not a guru, but a guide who is here to hold a safe space for you. My goal is to help you slow down, get real with yourself, and just breathe.
