Ashtanga yoga isn't about perfect poses, it's about the amazing feeling of being grounded and present. You don't always have to travel to the mountains to find your center. I host workshops and mini-retreats right here in the city, often outdoors, to help you connect with your practice and a like-minded community.
Wellness is a full-circle experience, and nourishing your body is a huge part of it. At my retreats, we focus on mindful eating with wholesome, sattvic meals that are simple, fresh, and healing.

Whether we are meeting for a weekend in Delhi or escaping to the mountains, my goal is to hold space for you to simply breathe and listen to what your body needs.
The Shala isn't just a studio; it's a practice of coming home to yourself. When I started these workshops and retreats, I didn't want to create another 'perfect yoga' space. I wanted to build a sanctuary for the moments when you are feeling drained, overstimulated, or just ready for a change.
Himalayan Immersion Retreats
For those needing a total disconnect, I host 3-night retreats at boutique villas in the Himalayas, like Sukoon Villa in Almora. These aren't fitness camps. We focus on daily Mysore-style Ashtanga, restorative Yin sessions, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, and nature walks. You get organic, sattvic meals and the silence you have been missing. Travel is up to you, but once you arrive, everything, from accommodation to nourishment, is covered.
Urban Workshops in Delhi & Gurugram
You do not always need a mountain getaway to reset. My urban wellness days in Delhi-NCR, often in green belt farmhouses, are designed to fit into your busy life. Think of these as a mini-retreat where we mix 90-minute reset flow yoga with creative outlets like pottery or art therapy, topped off with a wholesome brunch.
Ashtanga Foundations
If you are curious about Ashtanga, my one-week foundation course is the best place to start. I skip the intimidating guru energy and focus on anatomy, alignment, and addressing your specific injuries or doubts. You get weekend technique workshops followed by five days of unlimited Mysore-style practice. Everything I do is about making space for the real you, not just the version that shows up for work.
