Ashtanga is more than just a sequence of poses—it’s an anchor. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or looking to deepen your flow, my sessions are about showing up as you are, not about being perfect.

My "Introduction to Ashtanga" course is designed for beginners. This graphic highlights the Bakasana (Crow Pose), showing the strength and balance you can build with consistent practice.

I provide hands-on adjustments to help students find proper alignment and deepen their experience in a pose, like this gentle assist in Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose).

Working closely with a student in a forward fold. My goal is to provide personalized guidance and support, helping each person progress safely on their own journey.

A short video of my personal practice, flowing through a sequence of asanas. This is the practice that grounds me and which I love to share with others.

A short flow demonstrating the transition in and out of arm balances. The practice is a journey of building strength, focus, and self-trust, one breath at a time.

Finding joy in Navasana (Boat Pose). The Ashtanga practice challenges the body, but it also brings a sense of lightness and stability.

Practicing Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose) in the forest. This deep twist detoxifies the body and challenges your balance and focus.

Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) on a rock. This pose is a great example of how yoga teaches us to find stability and expansion, even on uneven ground.

Kukkutasana (Rooster Pose) took me a long time to learn. It's a reminder that with patience and consistent practice, what seems impossible can become possible.

A moment of quiet reflection in Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose). The practice isn't just about the physical shapes, but about the inner stillness you cultivate.

About The Ashtanga Practice: For All Levels

If you’re worried about keeping up with a fast-paced group class, the Mysore style is the best way to learn. You practice at your own pace while I move around the room giving personal, hands-on adjustments. It’s not about following a loud instructor—it’s about learning the sequence in a way that actually works for your body.
