About Gallery of Past Events
We view our events as living extensions of the studio, not just one-off classes. Whether it is bringing in a sports physiotherapist to help you refine your alignment or hosting a moon circle to help you process emotions, every session is designed to give you a tool you can actually use in your daily life.
Our events are built on the belief that yoga is better practiced together. We deliberately move beyond the standard daily class format to offer deep dives into specific areas that support your well-being.
We collaborate with experts, like sports physiotherapists, to lead workshops on anatomy and safe movement. These are practical, hands-on sessions meant to bridge the gap between 'doing' a pose and understanding why your body moves the way it does.
