Defy gravity and decompress your spine with our aerial yoga sessions. Whether you want to master inversions or build core strength, these hammocks are your best support.

Here I am assisting a student in a partner aerial pose. The hammock provides support, allowing one student to fly while the other acts as a grounding base.

A beautiful partner aerial yoga pose that combines a backbend for the base with an inversion for the flyer, creating a deep stretch for both.

This playful inversion in the aerial hammock is a great way to build confidence and experience the benefits of being upside down without any pressure on the neck or spine.

A closer look at the partner aerial pose, showing my hands-on guidance to ensure the flyer feels secure and the base maintains correct form.

This split-leg aerial pose demonstrates the incredible flexibility and strength that can be developed through consistent practice with the hammocks.

Students using the aerial hammock and blocks to work on their splits (Hanumanasana). The props provide support, allowing them to safely deepen the stretch over time.

A student demonstrates a supported split using the aerial hammock. This is a fantastic way to increase flexibility in the hamstrings and hip flexors.

This video shows the exhilarating feeling of 'flying' in aerial yoga. With my support, the student learns to trust the hammock and her own strength.

About Aerial Yoga: Find Your Wings

Aerial yoga can be intimidating, so I personally guide every entry and exit. We use soft hammocks and floor crash mats in every session, so whether you are working on your first inversion or practicing advanced splits, you feel secure while you float.

Why Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga, or 'anti-gravity yoga', is one of the most effective ways to release tension in the spine. By using silk hammocks, we allow the body to hang freely, which decompresses the vertebrae and improves circulation. It is not just about the 'wow' factor of being upside down; it is a powerful tool for building upper body strength and core stability without the impact of floor-based poses.

How We Practice in Delhi & Noida

I keep my aerial batches very small, typically 6 to 8 students. This is a non-negotiable for me because it allows me to spot every flyer personally. You are never left hanging on your own.

  • Safety First: We use professional-grade silk hammocks and full-length crash mats beneath every station.
  • Accessibility: If you are a beginner, we start with low-hanging setups. You don't need to be a gymnast to start.
  • Full-Body Conditioning: From silk climbing drills to restorative floating Savasana, we work on strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation in equal measure.

Who Is This For?

This practice is for anyone looking to break the monotony of a regular gym workout. If you have back pain, are working on shoulder mobility, or simply want to find a sense of playfulness in your fitness journey, this is the place. You do not need previous experience; just bring an open mind and a willingness to trust the hammock.

I'm Pankaj, and I believe everyone deserves the joy of flying. I keep my aerial batches small—just 6 to 8 people—so I can personally spot you and ensure your alignment is safe while you explore these inversions.
