Losing weight isn’t just about looking slim. My natural detox weight loss plan is all about cleaning out the junk from inside, so you feel lighter, more energetic, and your skin clears up. I mix yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy to make sure it’s not a shortcut, but a real lifestyle shift.
- Yoga asanas like Malasana and Bhujangasana help fire up metabolism and digestion.
- Mud therapy (Mitti Chikitsa) and hydrotherapy tackle issues like fatty liver.
- Shatkarma cleansing, especially Shankha Prakshalana, can sort out chronic bloating and constipation. But this stuff is serious - I only guide these in person for safety.

Namaskar, hum hain Sivapta Yoga and Wellness Centre. Yoga humare liye sirf exercise nahi hai, yeh sharir, mann aur atma ka milan hai - jaise Prayag ka sangam. Hum maante hain har cheez mein urja hai, kapde tak. Isliye hum simple aur sattvik vastra pehna pasand karte hain. Hamara maksad hai sirf physical problem nahi, poori zindagi ki lifestyle aur soch ko sudharna. Yog ek yatra hai, bas chalte rehna hai.
