This is a demonstration of a vinyasa flow, moving with control from Vishwamitrasana to Paschimottanasana. For me, yoga is this seamless connection between strength, flexibility, and breath, a moving meditation that builds inner fire and focus.

When you step onto the mat in my shala, expect no fluff. I focus heavily on microscopic alignment corrections, whether we are working on headstands or deep backbends. Using tools like rope walls for spinal traction, I make sure your body understands the mechanics behind every movement so you can practice safely and independently.
