Sometimes the studio walls are too limiting. Whether it is an intensive weekend deep-dive into hip anatomy or a morning flow under the trees, these sessions help you break routines and deepen your practice.

This is a look back at our first advanced yoga workshop. It was two days filled with learning, growth, and connection, where we focused on hip anatomy and the alignment of breath, mind, and body in inversions.

In one of our outdoor classes, I demonstrate how to use a tree as a prop for a supported handstand. Practicing in nature adds a beautiful element to our yoga, connecting us with the world around us.

After a run, a proper cool-down is essential to prevent injury. In this outdoor session, I guide runners through static stretches, emphasizing the importance of breathing to help muscles relax and recover.

These sessions are designed to break the routine of your daily practice. When we move our mats to a park, you get to work with natural elements—using a tree for stability in an inversion or simply breathing in cleaner air. In our weekend intensives, we slow down to focus on anatomy, such as hip alignment, giving you the time to ask questions and correct your form in a way that a regular class schedule simply does not allow.
