Stop forcing your body into poses that cause pain. We use gentle, alignment-focused yoga and props to help you release stiffness, lubricate joints, and rebuild your strength safely.

If you struggle with knee pain, I have found this one movement to be very effective. By coming onto all fours and lifting the knee to the side, you can strengthen the surrounding muscles and find instant relief. Try it for 10 rounds on each side.

Namaste ji. Back pain is one of the most common issues I see, but you don't have to live with it. In this video, I demonstrate the Cat and Cow stretch, a simple and gentle movement that can provide immediate relief by activating the entire spine.

Many modern problems like back pain come from our sedentary lives. I explain how ancient daily activities, now practiced as asanas like Malasana (garland pose) and Chakki Chalanasana (grinding pose), can restore strength to your spine and mobility to your hips.

Here, a student uses a chair and strap for a supported forward bend. This modification helps release hamstring and lower back tension safely, making it a great exercise for anyone dealing with stiffness.

Using props like a chair and block allows for a deeper, more restorative stretch in poses like Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose). This helps to safely lengthen the spine and hamstrings, which is key for alleviating back pain.

About Yoga for Pain Relief

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. In this cluster, we use chairs, straps, and wall ropes to support your body, which allows you to release deep-seated tension without putting extra stress on weak joints. Whether you are dealing with a stiff back, knee issues, or general soreness, we adjust every asana to meet your current mobility level, ensuring you can stretch safely.
