Movement is about intention, not age. With over 18 years of experience as a Master Educator, I guide you through precise, control-based sessions designed to build real strength and mobility.

With over 18 years of experience, I focus on precise, hands-on adjustments to ensure you get the most out of every movement. Here, I'm guiding a client through a teaser on the Reformer, focusing on maintaining a posterior tilt and core engagement for maximum benefit and safety.

Mastering "The Snake" on the Reformer requires a blend of spinal articulation, core control, and shoulder stability. I guide my clients through each step, from hand placement to achieving full extension, ensuring the pelvis, ribs, and shoulders stay in one line for a safe and effective movement.

This is one of my favorite reminders: movement is about intention, not age. I am proud to work with clients of all generations, like this inspiring woman working on the Pilates Chair. It proves that strength and mobility can be cultivated at any stage of life.

The Cadillac is where we truly explore what the body is capable of, combining strength, flexibility, and a bit of gravity-defying magic. This full-body split showcases incredible control and mobility, something we build towards with consistent practice.

Pilates is better with a friend. Here, two clients are working on the MOTR, a unique piece of equipment that challenges balance, coordination, and strength. It’s a fun way to build core stability and enjoy a workout together.

Pilates is a game-changer for men too. Here, we are focusing on slow, controlled squats on the Reformer's jumpboard. This builds functional strength, improves balance, and enhances concentration for a powerful mind-body workout.

Lower back pain is a common issue I help clients address. Using the Reformer, we can perform gentle, supportive movements like pelvic tilts and hip flexor stretches to strengthen the core, release tension, and bring relief to the back.
