A look at my practice—blending mindful movement, breathwork, and strength to help you find calm in the chaos.

This moment, balancing on a boat, captures the essence of yoga for me. It is about finding stillness and strength, even when the world around you is in motion. My classes help you discover your own inner balance, on and off the mat.

Yoga is more than just poses; it is a quiet conversation between breath and soul. In this video, I share my personal journey and philosophy. My goal is to guide you in slowing down and discovering the patience and peace that comes from within.

The energy of a group practicing together is truly special. This was a Yoga Day community class where we completed 35 rounds of Suryanamaskar. My group sessions, whether online or outdoors in Bangalore, are supportive spaces to grow your practice together.

A strong core is the foundation of a stable practice. This yoga-inspired core flow demonstrates how I blend dynamic movements with mindful engagement to build deep abdominal strength and stability, which is a key focus in many of my classes.

The Wheel Pose, or Chakrasana, is a deep backbend that opens the heart and builds incredible strength. Practicing it in the mountains reminds me that with patience, we can achieve what seems impossible. I guide students safely toward advanced poses like this.

If you experience back pain, gentle movement can be incredibly healing. This video shows some simple backbends like Cobra Pose variations that I teach to help strengthen the back, improve posture, and relieve discomfort. My personal classes often focus on such therapeutic benefits.

Yoga is for everyone, at any age. This clip is from a chair yoga session I conducted for senior citizens, focusing on joint health through Sukshma Vyayam, or gentle exercises. I adapt my teaching to ensure everyone can experience the benefits of yoga safely.

Arm balances like Bakasana (Crow Pose) and Vishwamitrasana build upper body strength, focus, and confidence. In my classes, I break down these challenging poses step by step, using props and techniques to make them accessible as you build your strength.

About Featured

In my classes, we do not just focus on the asanas. Whether you join my online group sessions or a community class in Bangalore, you will find a structured flow that starts with Sukshma Vyayam to warm up your joints before we move into strength-building or deep stretching. I provide real-time corrections—both verbal and manual—to ensure your alignment is safe, especially if you are working with back pain or stiffness.
