My Approach to Fitness
Taekwondo shaped who I am, but real strength goes beyond kicks and punches. I started this gym to help people find their own fighting spirit, not just six-packs. Dekho, I keep things asli - here, sweating it out means you’re building more than muscle. “Sweat Today, Shine Tomorrow” isn’t just a line, it’s how we train.
What You’ll Find Here
- Separate training areas for your goals, nothing fancy, just what works.
- Free weights, barbells, squat racks, and all that for proper strength training.
- A turf track for sprints, power sleds, monkey bars, battle ropes, and that huge tyre - perfect for functional strength workouts and athletic conditioning zone.
- Cardio basics and a matted martial arts area with a punching bag if you’re in the mood for some martial arts fitness routines.
My Way of Training
When you train with me or one of my team, expect more than a generic plan. We look at your food, your daily routine, even your attitude. Fitness is not a quick fix, it’s a habit. I’ll push you, but I’m also there to make sure you stay healthy and not just tired.
