Standard Gym Access (Self-Training)
Heavy Lifting Zone
- Free Weights: Access to solid iron dumbbells (up to 40kg), barbells, and cast-iron plates.
- Strength Machines: Plate-loaded and pin-loaded stations including Leg Press, Lat Pulldown, and Cable Crossover.
- Racks: Usage of squat racks and flat/incline bench press stations.
Functional & Athletic Area
- Turf Track: Blue artificial grass track for sprints and lunges.
- Strongman Gear: Tractor tire for flips and Power Sled (Prowler) for push/pull drills.
- Calisthenics: Overhead monkey bar rig and plyometric boxes.

- Cooling: High-speed ceiling fan ventilation (Non-AC).
- Flooring: Rubber mats in lifting zones for safety.
- Basics: Open shelf storage and changing room access.

My Approach to Fitness
Taekwondo shaped who I am, but real strength goes beyond kicks and punches. I started this gym to help people find their own fighting spirit, not just six-packs. Dekho, I keep things asli - here, sweating it out means you’re building more than muscle. “Sweat Today, Shine Tomorrow” isn’t just a line, it’s how we train.

- Separate training areas for your goals, nothing fancy, just what works.
- Free weights, barbells, squat racks, and all that for proper strength training.
- A turf track for sprints, power sleds, monkey bars, battle ropes, and that huge tyre - perfect for functional strength workouts and athletic conditioning zone.
- Cardio basics and a matted martial arts area with a punching bag if you’re in the mood for some martial arts fitness routines.
My Way of Training
When you train with me or one of my team, expect more than a generic plan. We look at your food, your daily routine, even your attitude. Fitness is not a quick fix, it’s a habit. I’ll push you, but I’m also there to make sure you stay healthy and not just tired.

My Story
Namaste, this is Vijay Gupta. Started Shaolin Taekwondo Academy back in 2006, and since then, it’s been a wild ride – laughter, sweat, medals, and some tears too. I’m a 4th dan black-belt, been called best coach by the federation for years, but nothing beats the rush of seeing the Indian flag go up at championships. My shaolin stars – students who’ve fought for India – they’re my pride. We fight, we fall, we rise, always.

Registered & Official Academy - Our academy is approved by Delhi Taekwondo Federation, TFI, and Olympic Association. All legit.
