Why I Do This
Fitness for me is not just gym machines or sweat. It’s about discipline, mental strength, and moving aage se aage (onward and upward). I’ve been guiding people in this field for kaafi lambe samay (a long time), and I know true change happens when you push yourself - not just your body, but also your mind.
My Style: Discipline Meets Fitness
At Sai Karate Academy, we mix martial arts’ discipline with fitness training. So, you’ll find our sessions are not just about functional strength workouts, but also about building focus and relieving stress. Meditation is part of our routine - even kids and teens say it helps them feel lighter, happier.
What’s Inside Our Training
- Strength & Conditioning: We use weights, kettlebells, sledgehammers, tires, plus classic bodyweight moves to build real strength.
- Weight loss and muscle gain: Our programs mix cardio and strength, and we support you with practical nutrition tips.
- Flexibility and balance training: Agility ladders, stretching, balance drills keep you moving better.
- Family fitness classes: All ages are welcome - kids, teens, adults, seniors, sometimes whole families train together.
- Girls and women: We have expert female coaches and a special focus on self-defense fitness programs.

My Story
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Karate-Do, Kickboxing, Self Defence, Taekwondo, plus strength training and weight loss.
All Ages & Levels Welcome - Kids (from 4), teens, adults, seniors – sab ke liye (for everyone). Beginner to advanced, male and female coaches.
Kumite Training & Kata Forms - We cover sparring and forms for those wanting competition or just solid basics.
Discipline, Confidence, Teamwork - More than classes – we build self-confidence, respect, discipline. Training hota hi rahta hai (training never stops).
Two Branches in Gurugram - Find us in Sector 5 or Sector 15, morning and evening classes, Monday to Friday.
