Unlimited Functional Group Training
Batch Dynamics
- Unlimited access to Mon to Fri evening batches.
- 60 minute sessions led by Head Coach with assistant supervision.
- Large group format (15 to 25 members) with strict discipline protocols.
Functional Equipment
- Heavy conditioning using 50 to 80kg tractor tires and 5 to 8kg sledgehammers.
- Agility training with ladders, cone hurdles, and soft plyometric boxes.
- Strength building via hex dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.
Facility Specs
- Training conducted on high density EVA interlocking mats (barefoot or socks required).
- Non AC facility with wall fan ventilation.
- Basic gender segregated changing areas (no lockers or sauna).
Add ons
- Verbal guidance on clean eating and basic home diet tips.
- Periodic physical assessments including push up counts and weight checks.
1-on-1 Personal Training Package
Session Structure
- 12 sessions per month scheduled as 3 sessions per week.
- Dedicated Senior Coach or Founder assigned for the full hour.

- 100% active spotting during heavy lifts and form correction.
- Use of focus mitts for cardio and reflex training drills.
- Coach assisted PNF stretching post workout to aid recovery.

What’s Inside Our Training
- Strength & Conditioning: We use weights, kettlebells, sledgehammers, tires, plus classic bodyweight moves to build real strength.
- Weight loss and muscle gain: Our programs mix cardio and strength, and we support you with practical nutrition tips.
- Flexibility and balance training: Agility ladders, stretching, balance drills keep you moving better.
- Family fitness classes: All ages are welcome - kids, teens, adults, seniors, sometimes whole families train together.

My Story
Namaste dosto, I’m Sunil Saini, founder of Sai Karate Academy. Karate for me is zindagi (life), not just a sport. I’ve played at All India Police Games, been Team Captain for India, and now I’m Sports Secretary Gurgaon. But real khushi (joy) is seeing our students win – district se lekar (from district) Asian Games tak. Mera koshish (my effort) is to give kids a platform, sponsor them, and push them aage se aage (onward and upward). Humare bachche (our kids) are my pride.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Karate-Do, Kickboxing, Self Defence, Taekwondo, plus strength training and weight loss.
All Ages & Levels Welcome - Kids (from 4), teens, adults, seniors – sab ke liye (for everyone). Beginner to advanced, male and female coaches.
Kumite Training & Kata Forms - We cover sparring and forms for those wanting competition or just solid basics.
Discipline, Confidence, Teamwork - More than classes – we build self-confidence, respect, discipline. Training hota hi rahta hai (training never stops).
Two Branches in Gurugram - Find us in Sector 5 or Sector 15, morning and evening classes, Monday to Friday.
