Monthly Gym Access
Facility Access & Timing
- Floor Access: Unlimited entry during split-shift hours (typically 6 AM - 11 AM and 4 PM - 10 PM).
- Entry Method: Biometric finger scan or manual check-in at reception.
- Location: Access valid strictly for the registered home branch.
Equipment Usage
- Strength Zone: Full access to pin-loaded machines, plate-loaded stations, and free weights (dumbbells up to 50kg).
- Cardio: Use of treadmills and ellipticals (20-minute cap applies during peak hours).
- Functional: Access to kettlebells, battle ropes, and stretching mats.
Amenities
- Environment: Split AC climate control and LED-aesthetic lighting.
- Storage: Day-use cubby lockers (users must provide their own padlock).
- Basics: RO water dispenser and gender-segregated changing rooms with bench seating.
- Support: General floor trainer available for basic safety spotting only.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Coaching Execution
- Sessions: 12 sessions per month (3 days/week) with a certified trainer.
- Duration: 60 minutes of active workout time per session.
- Safety: Active spotting for heavy compound lifts (Squats, Bench, Deadlifts) and failure reps.
- Technique: Real-time tactile and verbal cues for posture correction.
Program Design
- Routine: Customized split schedule (e.g., Push/Pull/Legs) based on hypertrophy or fat-loss goals.
- Nutrition: Macro-focused meal plans emphasizing home-cooked staples (Dal, Roti, Chicken) and supplement advice.
- Tracking: Bi-weekly weight checks and inch-loss measurements.
Logistics
- Equipment Priority: Trainer assists in reserving machines during peak hours.
- Note: This fee covers coaching only; gym membership fees are separate.
Competitive Bodybuilding Prep

- Technique: Supervision of advanced intensity methods (Drop sets, Supersets, Time-under-tension).

- Access: Direct WhatsApp line to Head Coach for diet adjustments.

My Story
We’re Fitness Track. For us, fitness isn’t just gym time, it’s life. Discipline, habit, community - that’s our thing.
