This is the heart of our gym, packed with everything you need for muscle gain and strength building. We have a complete range of plate-loaded machines, cable stations, and a large free-weight area with dumbbells, barbells, and squat racks.

Functional & Athletic Conditioning

Go beyond traditional workouts in this zone, designed for building practical strength, speed, and endurance. We use tools like a turf track for sprints, power sleds, battle ropes, monkey bars, and a huge tyre for a full-body challenge.

Martial Arts & Cardio Area

This section features our matted area for martial arts fitness, stretching, and agility work, complete with a punching bag for striking drills. We also provide essential cardio equipment like spin bikes to help you build endurance and warm up effectively.
