You won't find fancy air conditioning or flashy lights, but you will find heavy iron plates up to 40kg, solid squat racks, and a turf track that's built for power. This area is designed for people who actually want to lift, sweat, and build their bodies, whether you're training for sports or just want to get fit the right way.
