Don't just punch the air, learn to control the fight. Here, we break down every movement into muscle memory. Master the fundamentals and build the jigar (courage) to execute them when it counts.

A typical training session, from outdoor conditioning to in-ring pad work. We build well-rounded fighters.

Young boxers practicing their shadow boxing in unison. This drill is fundamental for developing footwork, rhythm, and proper form.

A mix of shadow boxing and partner drills. I constantly monitor and correct their form to ensure they build good habits from the start.

A unique drill using a tire to restrict movement, forcing the boxer to fight on the inside and use short, powerful punches.

Pad work with a young boxer in the ring. I focus on teaching them the correct technique for each punch and combination.

A young fighter working on his power and combinations on the heavy bag. This is essential for developing punching power.

Teaching the double jab and cross. I break down the fundamentals to ensure my boxers have a strong technical base.

Young boxers practicing footwork and shadow boxing drills in the ring. Movement is just as important as punching.

A partner drill focusing on defense and accuracy. One boxer practices their punches while the other works on blocking and slipping.

From agility ladder drills for quick feet to in-ring partner work. We train hard to make the fight easy.

About The Craft: Technical Drills & Pad Work

In this academy, pad work is not about hitting a static target. I strike back to test your reflexes and defense. You learn to slip, counter, and control the distance, not just blindly throw punches. If you want to fight, you must first learn how not to get hit.

Skill is earned through repetition. At my academy in Burari and Defence Colony, we don't believe in quick fixes. We strip the sport back to its core: the jab, the cross, and the footwork that connects them.

How We Train

Our technical modules are designed to forge real-world capability.

  • Precision Pad Work: We don't just hold pads. I strike back, forcing you to maintain your guard and analyze the opponent. We drill combinations like the '1,2-slip-2' until your body moves before your mind thinks.
  • Shadow Boxing: This is where you find your rhythm. Whether you are a beginner or preparing for the amateur boxing circuit, shadow boxing is the non-negotiable foundation of your footwork and form.
  • The Ring Reality: You will work heavy bags for raw power, but real technical growth happens in the ring. We focus on cutting off angles, defensive mechanics, and setting up your attacks.

Why Technique Matters

Many people join wanting to brawl, but the best fighters are the ones who think. My sessions are intense, typically lasting 90-120 minutes. We train in a rugged, semi-outdoor industrial setup—no air conditioning, just the environment you’d actually fight in. Whether you're looking for amateur boxing coaching or private 1-on-1 technical correction, my goal is the same: to turn you into a 'Khadku' (champion).

Show up with your gloves and wraps. If you are serious about fighting—whether for fitness, self-defense, or a pro career—you are welcome here. We don't coach to make you sweat; we coach to make you a fighter.
