I don't teach you to look tough, I teach you to fight. Whether you are here for fitness or to step into the ring, we start with the basics—proper footwork, sharp combinations, and defensive habits that actually work.

Working the heavy bag. This is where we build power, endurance, and perfect the mechanics of every punch.

Pad work with a student. I focus on teaching sharp combinations and good defensive habits like head movement.

Late night rounds on the heavy bag. The work doesn't stop when you're tired. That's when it really begins.

Sparring drills with headgear. This is how we learn to apply techniques under pressure while staying safe.

People think the gym solves problems. It does. It builds discipline and mental strength that you carry with you everywhere.

From a kid with a dream to a fighter in the ring. The journey has been long, but the principles are the same: show up and work hard.

In the ring, sparring. This is where you test your skills, find your weaknesses, and learn to stay calm under fire.

This is the feeling when you stop holding back and become the fighter you were meant to be. Unleash your potential.

A mix of striking and grappling. In MMA, you have to be ready for the fight to go anywhere. Born weak, will die stronger.

A light sparring session in the ring. It's about timing, distance, and reading your opponent, not just throwing hard punches.

About Striking Fundamentals: Boxing & Pad Work

We don't do 'cardio boxing' here. When we work on the pads, I’m correcting your weight distribution and head movement, making sure every combination is backed by solid defensive habits. If your guard drops, we fix it—because habits built in the gym are the ones that show up when you're under pressure.
