I don't teach you to look tough, I teach you to fight. Whether you are here for fitness or to step into the ring, we start with the basics—proper footwork, sharp combinations, and defensive habits that actually work.

Working the heavy bag. This is where we build power, endurance, and perfect the mechanics of every punch.

Pad work with a student. I focus on teaching sharp combinations and good defensive habits like head movement.

Late night rounds on the heavy bag. The work doesn't stop when you're tired. That's when it really begins.

Sparring drills with headgear. This is how we learn to apply techniques under pressure while staying safe.

People think the gym solves problems. It does. It builds discipline and mental strength that you carry with you everywhere.

From a kid with a dream to a fighter in the ring. The journey has been long, but the principles are the same: show up and work hard.

In the ring, sparring. This is where you test your skills, find your weaknesses, and learn to stay calm under fire.

This is the feeling when you stop holding back and become the fighter you were meant to be. Unleash your potential.

A mix of striking and grappling. In MMA, you have to be ready for the fight to go anywhere. Born weak, will die stronger.

A light sparring session in the ring. It's about timing, distance, and reading your opponent, not just throwing hard punches.

About Striking Fundamentals: Boxing & Pad Work

We don't do 'cardio boxing' here. When we work on the pads, I’m correcting your weight distribution and head movement, making sure every combination is backed by solid defensive habits. If your guard drops, we fix it—because habits built in the gym are the ones that show up when you're under pressure.

Most people come in looking for a workout, but they stay because they start learning how to actually move. Striking isn't about throwing heavy hands until you're tired; it's about timing, distance, and efficiency.

The Method

  • Pad Work: I hold pads specifically for your reach and style. We aren't just hitting; we are simulating fight scenarios. You learn to slip, counter, and reset without losing your balance.
  • Heavy Bag Conditioning: This is for power and mechanical perfection. You’ll learn how to throw a punch without compromising your posture, ensuring you aren't leaving your chin exposed.
  • Defense First: Before we focus on your offense, we build your shell. Whether it's footwork drills or head movement, if you can't defend yourself, you can't stay in the fight.

Why Train Here?

My facility at VAJRA MMA in Sector 72, Noida, isn't a luxury gym. It’s raw, it's honest, and it’s built for work. We focus on 'Fight IQ'—understanding why a jab sets up a cross, and why a feint is just as important as the strike itself.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your existing MMA striking, you'll get 90-minute sessions that push you physically and mentally. I break down every movement—from basic stance work to complex combos—so you know the 'why' behind every move. Main cheez hai consistency. If you're ready to put in the work, you'll find your rhythm.
