At my academy, the boxing ring is just the beginning. We use the open grounds of Noida Stadium for high-intensity cardio, sprint intervals, and team-building games like tug-of-war that build raw, functional stamina. These outdoor drills aren't for show; they are designed to push your endurance and agility beyond what you can achieve inside a standard gym, ensuring you are prepared for the real demands of amateur boxing.

Boxing is a demanding sport that requires explosive power and long-lasting endurance. While bag work and shadow boxing are essential, they don't test your limits like outdoor conditioning does. At Noida Stadium, we utilize the space for long-distance runs and sprint drills that mimic the pace of a real fight.
