We do not believe in fancy setups or AC rooms. We build strength, stamina, and discipline at the Noida Stadium, where the real work happens. Kids, youth, and adults—come train like a champion.

This is what it's all about. In the ring, under my supervision, students learn to apply their skills. We focus on safe, controlled sparring to build confidence and real boxing sense.

Speed and agility are key for any boxer. Here, we're working on footwork and coordination with ladder drills, a high-energy exercise that improves reflexes and quickness.

Discipline is built together. A full class working on core strength with synchronized sit-ups shows the focus and dedication we foster in every session. Strong core, strong boxer.

It’s not all work and no play. We build team spirit and strength with fun activities like tug-of-war. This is how we learn to work together and push our limits as a team.

It doesn't matter how young you are, the journey to becoming a champion starts with the first punch. I teach the basics of stance and power on the heavy bag to even my youngest students.

Boxing is for everyone, and our girls are some of the toughest students here. We build skill and confidence through drills like shadowboxing, proving that power has no gender.

We take our training outside to build stamina in the fresh air. Group shadowboxing and conditioning drills in the park are a regular part of our diverse fitness routine.

About this collection

This is not a place to stand around. From your first session, we focus on proper stance, guard positioning, and footwork. We mix high-intensity cardio, such as ladder drills and tug-of-war, with heavy bag work so that you are building real, functional stamina rather than just going through the motions.

Our training methodology at Noida Stadium is built on consistency and grit. We do not offer quick-fix fitness programs. Instead, we teach the fundamentals of amateur boxing, starting with basic punching combinations like the jab and cross, before progressing to shadow boxing and supervised bag work.

For those ready to level up, we offer technical sparring in our regulation-sized ring, but safety remains the priority. Sparring is only introduced once a student demonstrates control and understanding of defensive slips and rolls.

We train in a group environment, which fosters discipline and a healthy competitive spirit. Whether you are aiming for body transformation, want to learn self-defense, or have competitive ambitions, the regimen is the same: hard work. You will sweat, you will run, and you will learn to push past your limits.

We operate at the Noida Stadium, Sector 21A, and our classes are designed for all ages and skill levels. We focus on building complete athletes, which is why our routine incorporates bodyweight circuits, core blasting, and agility drills alongside boxing technique.
