Most people think boxing is just hitting the heavy bag as hard as they can. Wrong. At our academy, you won't touch the bag until I am satisfied with your stance and footwork. We drill the 'one-two' combo in the air, over and over, until it feels natural. If your feet aren't right, your power is zero. Come prepared to sweat, not just to show off.
