I am so excited about our Nature Fitness Retreat. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while exploring movement through yoga, calisthenics, and Kalaripayattu. It's a weekend of fitness, community, and fun.

About this collection

Our retreats are hosted at a quiet farm in Sarjapur, focusing on breaking routines rather than just intense exercise. We combine sunrise Hatha yoga with Kalaripayattu and calisthenics, giving you a chance to move, breathe, and reset in nature. It is an open space where your experience level does not matter, only your willingness to join the community.

Why I Host Retreats

I started these weekend getaways because I know how much the city life, the desk jobs, and the constant digital noise can take from us. Sometimes, you just need a change of scenery to hear yourself think again. My goal is to create a space that feels like a reset button for your body and mind.

What to Expect

We keep things simple and real at the farm. You won't find rigid schedules or high-pressure training here. Instead, you can expect:

  • Movement Variety: We practice Hatha yoga to ground ourselves, but we also explore Kalaripayattu and calisthenics to build functional strength and mobility in a fun way.
  • Nature Connection: The location in Sarjapur allows us to step away from the concrete. Sunrise sessions and campfire evenings are a big part of how we disconnect from the 'hustle' and reconnect with our own rhythm.
  • Community Vibe: It is just a group of people coming together to learn and laugh. We share meals, movement, and conversations without any pretenses.
  • Zero Pressure: Whether you are new to fitness or a pro, you fit in. We modify moves so everyone can participate safely.
