Yoga is about growing inside and listening to your body, not performing perfect poses. Explore my approach to strength, therapy, and mindful breathing.

This is my core belief: yoga is for every body. Here, I demonstrate how we can adapt advanced postures like Forearm Stands and Wheel Pose into more accessible variations like Dolphin and Bridge Pose. My goal is to help you find what feels good for you, without pressure or expectation.

If you spend hours at a desk, you know the feeling of a slouching back and tight shoulders. This video shows a few simple stretches using a wall, like the Wall Fold and Standing Backbend, to help open your chest and improve your posture. These are perfect for my Corporate Yoga sessions.

Pranayama, or breathwork, is the heart of our practice. In this tutorial, I guide you through Anuloma Viloma, or alternate nostril breathing, a technique to calm the nervous system. I explain the hand mudra and the breathing ratio to help you get started.

Back pain is something many of us experience. I've put together a sequence of gentle, supine postures like Bridge Pose and Happy Baby Pose designed to strengthen the core and release tension in the lower back. This is a key part of my Therapy Yoga approach.

Downward Facing Dog, or Adho Mukha Svanasana, is a foundational pose we return to often. This detailed guide breaks down the alignment for your hands, torso, and legs, including modifications like bending your knees to protect your lower back if you have tight hamstrings.

Props are our friends in yoga. This video shows how to use yoga blocks to make poses like Parsvottanasana and Ustrasana (Camel Pose) more accessible. Using props helps you maintain alignment and get the benefits of the pose without straining your body.

My journey to becoming a yoga teacher began after I left a decade-long corporate career. This practice has been my calling, bringing purpose and joy to my life. I share this because I want you to know that it's never too late to find what makes your soul happy.

Many people think yoga is just about flexibility, but it's so much more. For me, Asanas and Pranayama are tools to raise your energy and bring clarity to your mind. This practice is a journey of coming closer to your true self.
