About Coorg Fitness & Lifestyle Retreats
This isn't a luxury resort experience. It is a 3-day window into my life as a planter and coach. You will be training outdoors using kettlebells and natural terrain, eating fresh estate-grown food, and logging off from the digital noise. Expect to move every day, get your hands dirty, and leave with a reset perspective.
The 'Planter-Fit' retreat at our Manchalli estate is designed to strip away the distractions of city life. We don’t do fad diets or indoor treadmills here. Instead, we use the plantation terrain for functional movement—think trekking to viewpoints, bodyweight conditioning under the trees, and mobility drills using kettlebells.
The food is local Coorgi cuisine, straight from the estate. It is fuel, not restriction. Between sessions, you will learn about the coffee cycle, from harvest to cup. It is about building a connection between what you eat, how you move, and where you live. Whether you are looking to kickstart a health journey or just need to break a plateau, these 3 days are about finding the rhythm of consistency that I have built my own life around.
