Fitness Fusion: HIIT, Strength, and Yoga Classes at Home
Move your body, calm your mind. My online sessions mix HIIT, strength training, and yoga so you can get strong and feel great without leaving your home.
This is a dumbbell upper body workout you can do right at home. I demonstrate four key exercises: Bicep Curls, Overhead Tricep Extensions, Shoulder Press, and Bent Over Rows. All you need is a pair of dumbbells or even just water bottles.
Let's work on those legs. This video demonstrates proper form for lunges, an amazing exercise for your quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Even a little movement can make you feel so much more energetic.
Pushups are a fantastic exercise for your triceps, chest muscles, and shoulders. Here, I'm showing a modified version on the knees, which is a great way to build strength before progressing to a full pushup.
Here is a functional core workout you can do without any equipment. The routine includes crunches, an elbow plank hold, bicycle crunches, and tabletop leg extensions to build a strong and stable core.

You don't need a fancy gym setup to build muscle or get your heart rate up. In my fusion classes, we use everyday items like water bottles as weights for bicep curls, shoulder presses, and rows. This keeps things accessible, so you can start right where you are, whether you are a beginner or looking to level up your functional fitness.

What You Get in Every Session
We start with energy and finish with calm. Every 60-minute class on Zoom is structured to maximize your results:
- Strength & HIIT: We use bodyweight movements like pushups and lunges, often adding household props like water bottles or chairs to increase resistance. This builds muscle tone and boosts your metabolism.
- Functional Training: My routines focus on movements you use in daily life, improving your balance, core stability, and overall flexibility.
- Yoga Integration: We don't just sweat and leave. We weave in Vinyasa flows and Hatha holds to stretch your muscles properly, followed by 10-15 minutes of Pranayama and meditation. You will leave the mat feeling refreshed, not drained.
Real-Time Guidance
Since these are live sessions, I am right there on your screen. I provide active form correction to make sure your posture is safe and effective. Whether you are working on your triceps, core strength, or flexibility, I guide you through the count to keep the rhythm going.
