No shortcuts, just sweat. Join our high-energy sessions in Preet Vihar to build strength, burn fat, and finally stay consistent with your fitness.

A look into our morning yoga session. We start the day strong with foundational poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) to wake up the body and build heat.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a fundamental part of our practice. It's a full-body workout that builds strength and flexibility, preparing you for the rest of the session.

This is a typical core training sequence in my class. I guide everyone through exercises like crunches and leg raises to specifically target abdominal muscles for a stronger core.

Here I am leading a core training session, counting out reps to keep the energy high. We focus on controlled movements to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury.

Another look at our core training in action. Consistency with these exercises is key to achieving fat loss and a toned midsection.

A focused abs workout at the GFA studio. My clients are working hard on their crunches, a classic exercise for building abdominal strength and endurance.

To increase the intensity of our power yoga sessions, we sometimes incorporate light dumbbells. This helps build lean muscle and boosts calorie burn for faster weight loss results.

This is from our evening yoga session with Nitesh Sir. The class is performing Salabhasana (Locust Pose), an excellent asana for strengthening the entire back of the body.

Watch a client master the full Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and its variations. This advanced backbend requires significant strength and flexibility, and I am there to guide you through it.

Every intense workout is followed by a proper cool-down. This core and stretching session helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and relax the body and mind.

About Power Yoga & Core for Fat Loss

At GFA, we keep our group batches limited to a maximum of 8 people, so you are never just a face in the crowd. Whether you are holding a pose or hitting a core circuit, you get direct feedback on your form and alignment from our coaches, Nitesh Sir and Coach Sapna. We don't believe in just counting reps; we focus on quality movement so you get actual results, not just a headache.
