My sessions are built on rhythm and repetition, so whether we are doing HIIT or power moves, I will be right there counting every rep to keep your form on point and the energy high.
My training philosophy is simple: fitness is a lifestyle, not a one-time event. Whether you are joining me at HSR Fitness World or logging in for an online session, you can expect a no-nonsense approach to movement.
The Workout Structure
Each session is a mix of Power Moves Aerobics and HIIT, designed to torch calories and improve overall strength. We focus on:
- AFAA Certified Instruction: Everything is based on proven movement patterns. I guide you through the routines with clear, vocal commands like 'Ek, dui, tin, char' to keep the pace.
- HIIT and Sculpt: We incorporate bodyweight exercises, battle ropes, and light props to keep your heart rate up and build lean muscle.
- Functional Strength: We dedicate time to core work, planks, and stability exercises to ensure your body is built for more than just show.
Where We Train
Most of my offline group classes take place at the Group X studio in HSR Fitness World, HSR Layout. It is a spacious, well-equipped environment that works perfectly for group aerobics. For those who cannot make it to the studio, I offer live, interactive online sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. You get the same high-intensity coaching, just from your own living room. No matter where you are, my goal is to push you past your excuses and help you hit your fitness targets.
