Here is a look at a typical Power Moves Aerobics class in session. I guide the group through synchronized movements designed to be a fun, heart-pumping cardio workout. The focus is on continuous movement and simple, repeatable steps.

My HIIT sessions incorporate tools like battle ropes and medicine balls for a full-body challenge. This video shows a circuit that includes explosive rope slams for upper body power and seated twists for rotational core strength.

A strong core is essential, and we dedicate time in every class to exercises like the forearm plank. This shows a group holding proper form, which is key to getting results and preventing injury during functional strength training.

This is our Group X studio at HSR Fitness World in Bangalore, where many of my offline classes take place. It is a spacious, well-equipped environment perfect for group aerobics, HIIT, and functional training.
