Get the intense workout you want without the boring gym routine. We combine power yoga with partner stretches to build real strength and mobility in our Paschim Vihar studio.

This is a glimpse of our Satvik Power Yoga session, focusing on core strength and flexibility. Members are seen doing backbends and deep stretches, all designed to build a strong and supple body.

Celebrating Friendship Day with some partner stretches. Working with a friend helps you go deeper into poses like this supported dancer's pose (Natarajasana) and makes the practice more enjoyable.

This is what we mean by "gym se hard workout". Our members are doing intense partner core exercises, using each other for resistance and support. This is girl power in action.
