Welcome to Satvik Power Yoga, where fitness feels like family. From high-energy acro flights to deep stretches, this is where we build strength, trust, and community together.

This is what acro yoga is all about. One person acts as the base, strong and steady on the ground, while the other becomes the flyer. I provide complete guidance to make sure every lift is safe, helping you build strength and trust with your partner.

Teamwork makes the dream work! Here we are creating a multi-person acro yoga pyramid using yoga wheels for support. I am always present to spot and assist, ensuring everyone can participate and build amazing human structures together, safely.

We love using props like the yoga wheel to deepen stretches and create new partner poses. Here, I am personally assisting a member to get the posture right, ensuring she feels supported and can safely explore her flexibility.

The text here says it all: "Age and body type don't matter, just bring your passion." This is our core belief. This classic acro yoga pose shows how with a little bit of trust and guidance, anyone can learn to fly.

Look at the energy in our stick yoga class. We use sticks to improve posture, balance, and coordination in a fun, synchronized group setting. It’s a fantastic way to get a full-body workout with lots of dosti aur masti.

Yoga is for everyone, including the little ones. In our kids' yoga sessions, I help them with everything from basic stretches to advanced poses like this standing split. We make fitness fun and accessible for the whole family.

This is the power of our community. We built this large human pyramid during one of our group acro yoga classes. It’s a perfect example of the trust, communication, and collective strength we build in our studio family.
