Here you can see different pairs practicing acro yoga lifts. I am actively spotting and adjusting a pair to ensure correct form and safety. We work on poses like this supported straddle inversion to build confidence and strength.

Acro Yoga looks intimidating, but it is actually safer than you think because I am there to spot you every second. You will be doing L-basing and flying poses within your first session, but do not be surprised if your core feels the burn the next day—it is deceptively hard work disguised as play.
