Yoga is even better when you share the mat. Join us for group acro sessions, human pyramids, and partner stretches that build strength, trust, and a sense of community.

Our acro yoga group coming together to create different formations. From a simple synchronized stretch to a multi-person pyramid, these exercises are a testament to the teamwork and fun we have in every class.

A fun sequence showing our group creating synchronized poses like the partner boat pose (Navasana) and then transitioning into a group photo. It’s a great example of the fun and community spirit in our classes.

"Do whatever you do with all your heart, and it will happen." This is our mantra. Here, our members are working together to create a human train, supporting each other in a deep backbend.

This is what group acro yoga looks like. We have adults and even kids working together to build a complex, multi-layered human pyramid. It’s a fantastic activity for families and friends to build trust and have fun.

Girls' power in full display. This video shows our strong female members creating a multi-level human tower. It’s all about lifting each other up, literally and figuratively.

A beautiful group formation in progress. Members are working together, holding hands to create a connected series of camel poses (Ustrasana), showing unity and shared flexibility in our yoga practice.

Another creative human pyramid from our group acro class. This formation requires balance and trust from every single person, from the base to the person at the very top. Shabash to the team.

A dynamic look at our acro yoga class, where multiple groups practice different partner and group formations simultaneously. You can see everything from two-person backbends to three-person pyramids happening in the studio.

About Teamwork & Group Formations

Don’t let the smiles and pyramids fool you—this is serious training. When you are lifting a partner or holding a structure as a base, your core engagement has to be intense, making these group sessions a workout that often feels harder than a traditional gym routine.
