This is the first look at what we do at our studio. It’s all about trust, teamwork, and having a great time while getting a solid workout. These are some of our favorite moments that show the energy and fun of our partner and acro yoga sessions.
Acro Yoga: Lifts, Flights & Balances
This is where you learn to fly with a partner. We break down every acrobatic move, focusing on the roles of the base (the one providing support) and the flyer (the one being lifted), with me spotting you every step of the way. These sessions are designed to build core strength, balance, and incredible trust between partners.
Teamwork & Group Formations
Yoga is even more fun when you do it together. In our group acro sessions, we move beyond pairs to create amazing human pyramids and synchronized formations. These classes are all about communication, collaboration, and creating something beautiful as a team.
Fun with Props: Wheel, Stick & Chair Yoga
We use a variety of props to make our workouts more interesting and effective. Our classes include sessions with yoga wheels for deep backbends, sticks for improving posture and coordination, and chairs for advanced and supported poses. These tools help you explore new movements and challenge your body in different ways.
Workout Sessions: Strength & Flexibility
Don't be fooled by the fun, our sessions are a serious workout that is often harder than the gym. We focus on dynamic exercises and partner-assisted stretches to build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall fitness. Expect to sweat, laugh, and feel stronger after every class.
Family Fun: Yoga for All Ages
Yoga is a journey best shared with loved ones. We welcome everyone, from kids to parents and grandparents, to join our classes. Our family-friendly sessions, like mother-daughter yoga and kids' summer camps, are designed to build bonds, create memories, and make fitness a fun family affair.
