Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, is an advanced backbend that dramatically increases spinal flexibility and strengthens the entire back. We build up to this pose safely and step by step.

A student performs Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) without any support, demonstrating great core and shoulder strength.
