About Managing Pain & Improving Flexibility

Many people try complicated poses from videos and end up hurting themselves. In my studio, we don't just stretch; we use wooden blocks and straps to make sure your spine stays aligned and safe. Whether you are dealing with chronic lower back pain or just feeling stiff, I will be there to personally adjust your posture, ensuring you feel the release in the right muscles without any strain.
