This video highlights our beginner friendly aerial yoga certification, a 12 hour course spread over three weekends. It’s not about flashy stunts, but about building confidence and reconnecting with your body with a certified instructor guiding you.

This is a moment from our Level 1 Aerial Yoga Foundation Course. I offer both weekday and weekend batches, providing a structured introduction to the practice where you learn fundamental poses and safety techniques in the hammock.

I offer a variety of short courses, ranging from one week to one month, for those looking to deepen their aerial practice or focus on specific skills. Here, students are working on a sequence that builds upper body and core strength.

About Aerial Yoga: Strength & Stillness

We keep our aerial classes capped at ten participants so you get consistent, hands-on support from our instructors. Since we do not have mirrors in our studio, you learn to sense the movement in your body rather than correcting your reflection, which allows you to fully relax, decompress, and let go of stress during your practice.
