Aerial Yoga Classes for Strength and Stillness
We believe aerial yoga isn't about acrobatics, but about building quiet confidence and core strength. Join our small, device-free sessions in Whitefield to find your balance in the air.
This video highlights our beginner friendly aerial yoga certification, a 12 hour course spread over three weekends. It’s not about flashy stunts, but about building confidence and reconnecting with your body with a certified instructor guiding you.
This is a moment from our Level 1 Aerial Yoga Foundation Course. I offer both weekday and weekend batches, providing a structured introduction to the practice where you learn fundamental poses and safety techniques in the hammock.
I offer a variety of short courses, ranging from one week to one month, for those looking to deepen their aerial practice or focus on specific skills. Here, students are working on a sequence that builds upper body and core strength.
Yoga can also be about connection. This image is from our Partner Aerial Yoga workshop, part of our International Yoga Day celebration. It’s a playful way to build trust and support with a partner while exploring new movements.
About Aerial Yoga: Strength & Stillness
We keep our aerial classes capped at ten participants so you get consistent, hands-on support from our instructors. Since we do not have mirrors in our studio, you learn to sense the movement in your body rather than correcting your reflection, which allows you to fully relax, decompress, and let go of stress during your practice.
Many people think aerial yoga is about flashy flips or intense gym-style acrobatics, but at SAMA, our approach is much quieter. We use the hammock as a tool for spinal decompression and nervous system regulation. Whether you are joining our Level 1 foundation course in Hopefarm or our specialized workshops in Siddapura, the goal remains the same: to step off the screen-filled treadmill of daily life and into a space of total presence.
Safety is our primary focus, which is why we invest in professional-grade ceiling anchors and high-density crash mats under every hammock. We also maintain a strict device-free zone to ensure you are not distracted by notifications or the pressure to film your progress. For those looking to take their practice further, we offer a twelve-hour beginner-friendly certification spread over three weekends. This is designed for practitioners who want to build a safe, sustainable personal practice or those considering teaching. If you have chronic back stiffness from desk work or just need to quiet a busy mind, our classes provide the physical support and mental space to help you reset.
