The CalmMom program provides gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation for moms to be from the second trimester. In this session, we are using props like stability balls and blocks to ensure comfort and support during seated forward folds.
My YoungMinds program introduces children aged 9 to 14 to classical yoga and meditation. In this class, kids are using the aerial hammocks for a supported stretch, making mindfulness a fun and accessible activity.
This is our Ageless Face Yoga workshop, a SAMA exclusive. Here, participants are learning ancient techniques to naturally tone and relax facial muscles, demonstrating a gentle, holistic approach to well being.
About Wellness for Every Stage of Life
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, which is why our specialized sessions are strictly capped at small numbers. Whether you are joining our CalmMom prenatal program or an aerial session for teens, the limited batch size allows me to personally adjust props and monitor your alignment. You will not find large, anonymous groups here; instead, you get direct guidance that prioritizes your physical safety and mental ease over standard workout metrics.
When you step into our Whitefield studios, you enter a space intentionally stripped of digital noise and mirrors. This allows you to focus purely on the feedback from your own body rather than how you look in a reflection.
CalmMom (Prenatal Support) Designed for the second trimester onwards, these sessions move away from 'fitness' and toward functional comfort. We use Swiss balls and bolsters to create room in the pelvis and relieve the back pain often associated with pregnancy. It is about preparing your body for the physical demands of labor and managing the emotional landscape through consistent, gentle breathwork.
YoungMinds (Ages 9-14) Children today are constantly stimulated by screens. Our aerial program for teens uses the hammock for play, but also for vital spinal decompression. Heavy school bags take a toll on young spines, and our guided inversions help reverse that daily compression. We combine this with breath games that teach concentration—a skill as essential as physical strength.
Ageless Face Yoga This is a methodical practice focused on toning and lymphatic drainage. It is a slow, purposeful approach to facial wellness that helps release tension held in the jaw and neck.
We do not push for 'fast results' or 'high intensity' routines. We focus on consistent, sustainable movement. Every program is designed to provide you with tools you can use long after the class ends.
