About The Daily Grind: How We Train
When we say we train rain or shine, we mean it. Our sessions at tracks across Mumbai, from Priyadarshini Park to Kandivali, do not stop for bad weather because we believe mental toughness is built in the elements. We focus on consistent, disciplined movement, ensuring that whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, you learn the exact mechanics needed to stay safe and improve your speed on the track.
Our training methodology is designed to bridge the gap between effort and actual results. We don't believe in shortcuts, so our sessions are structured to build you from the ground up.
The Training Approach
We start with the basics because form dictates speed. You will spend time on the 'ABCs' of running—high knees, A-skips, and proper arm action—to correct posture and prevent injury. As you progress, we introduce resistance bands and agility ladders to sharpen your footwork and reaction times. For our competitive athletes, we move into periodization: specific cycles for pre-season, competition, and transition phases to ensure you are peaking exactly when you need to be.
Why The Grind Matters
We integrate track sessions with strength work. It is not just about running; it is about explosive power. Our gym-based training involves targeted lifts and plyometrics, such as box jumps, to translate raw muscle into on-field speed.
