About Track & Field: Sprints and Running
Running fast is a skill, not just a talent. At Risers Academy, we fix your block clearance, stride length, and arm swing. Whether you are aiming to break your 100m personal best or training for the 1600m police recruitment test, you need to understand how your body generates power. We don't just tell you to run. We analyze your gait and refine every step on the track.
Most runners waste energy because of poor technique. Our sessions focus on the critical first 30 meters, commonly called the bullet start. We work on your block setup, explosive leg drive, and how to maintain high hips throughout the race. For our competitive track athletes, we use drills like resistance parachute runs and sandpit training to build the explosive power needed for 100m, 200m, and 400m events.

We aren't just for elite medalists. Whether you are a 4-year-old learning to coordinate your limbs or a recruit preparing for the Maharashtra Police physical tests, our training is tailored to your level. We keep groups small so everyone gets individual feedback on their posture, breathing, and stride.
