About Our Team, Our Family
Being part of our academy is not just about showing up for drills. It is about understanding that the bond between coach and athlete is what fuels performance. When you train with us, you are not just a number on a stopwatch, you become part of a family that pushes you to your personal best, rain or shine.
We do not just coach, we mentor. My philosophy revolves around three simple pillars: Train, Develop, and Perform. When you walk onto our track at Priyadarshini Park or the University Ground, you are stepping into an environment where grit is valued over glamour.
We believe that the struggle is where the real reward is found. Whether it is a U/14 junior just learning sprint mechanics or a senior athlete preparing for the National Games, the support system remains the same. Parents are deeply involved in this journey because we know that behind every athlete, there is a village.
Watching our athletes grow is the most fulfilling part of this job. I have seen students move from local meet participants to securing national medals, and even heading abroad for higher education with the discipline they learned on our track. Our sessions—ranging from sprint mechanics to agility ladder drills—are designed to build character as much as speed. We are there to cheer in the rain, analyze performance after a tough race, and yes, even feel emotional when it is time for you to move on to the next chapter of your life. If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to guide you.
