About this collection

The Coaching Edge

Our program is built on the expertise of coaches like Prashant Patil and jump specialist Dinanath Maurya. You get the benefit of their international competitive experience, which they pass on through:

  • Sprint Mechanics: Focus on explosive starts and efficient stride patterns.
  • Jump Mastery: Technical correction for long jump and high jump, including the Fosbury Flop.
  • Performance Tracking: Periodic timed trials that compare your progress against state-level benchmarks.

The facility itself is part of your training. Mumbai is tough to train in, but our sea-facing synthetic track offers the professional environment you need. We provide the starting blocks, hurdles, and foam pits, but the grit required to use them properly must come from you.
