If you're hoping for a quick fix - aiyyo, that's not going to happen. Role-specific body transformation takes time and serious effort. We’ll sit together, break down what your character needs, and plan for it. No magic, just honest hard work.
How We Work

- We mix up strength training, functional moves, and core work. Expect dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, monkey bars - whatever gets the job done.

My Story
Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.
